  • Boston Marathoner

    After running my first marathon in 3:10:07, I qualified and ran the 2022 Boston Marathon, setting a new PR of 3:07:59. I will now take on the 2023 Boston Marathon this April in hopes of earning a new personal record.

  • Hybrid Athlete

    I use a combination of running and functional strength training to compete at a high level of running. This style of training helps to prevent injuries, improve endurance, increase strength, and run fast. I use these same techniques for my clients. 

  • College Track Runner

    I competed in indoor track my senior year of college. This lead me to set 4 new school records (mile, 3k, 5k, 4x800), win the 5k at my conference championship meet, and earn the title of Track Rookie and Female Athlete of the year.

    Collegiate runner, 2x Boston qualifier (3:07:59), 2x half marathoner (1:27:29), LEC Track Rookie of the year, LEC Female Athlete of the year, 2020 LEC 5k champion, PSU record holder in the mile, 3k, 5k, and 4x800, experienced lifter, hybrid athlete, collegiate softball pitcher, 2018 LEC Pitcher of the year.
